I formed PLS in 2015 as an independent, niche consultancy business but it has developed beyond that.  My passion is connecting, developing and helping others to achieve their potential and so I have evolved PLS into two distinct elements.

I focus my services on the property, construction and infrastructure sectors while I am building communities where members can share insights, learn from each other and stay connected.
